Assam Press is primarily a free digital news platform. All news articles, reports, and editorial content on our website are available to readers at no cost. No refund applies to free content access.

2. Subscription Services

If we offer any premium subscription services in the future:

• Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your account settings
• Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period
• No partial refunds will be issued for the remaining days of a billing period
• You will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your paid period

3. Advertising Services

For advertisers who purchase ad placements on Assam Press:

• Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled ad start date
• Full refund will be provided for cancellations made within the 48-hour window
• No refund will be issued once the advertisement has been published and is live
• In case of technical issues preventing ad display, a proportional refund or credit will be issued

4. Donations

If we accept voluntary donations to support our journalism, these are non-refundable as they are voluntary contributions to support independent journalism.

• Include your account details and reason for the refund
• Refund requests will be processed within 7-10 business days
